When you use KBU Space, we collect the following information:
Account info: Email, name, and password (stored securely as a hash). If you sign up with Google or LINE, we receive your email, name, and profile picture from those services.
Login data: Your IP address, browser, and device type. This is used only to send you a security notification when someone signs into your account.
Messages: Chat messages between buyers and sellers. Messages are encrypted for your privacy.
Listings: Items you post for sale, including photos, descriptions, and pickup locations.
LINE ID: Optionally, your LINE messaging ID so other students can contact you.

We use trusted service providers for authentication, image storage, push notifications, and error monitoring. These services only receive the minimum data needed to function.

KBU Space uses session cookies to keep you signed in. These are necessary for the app to work. You can log out at any time to clear them.

You can edit your profile and name anytime
You can hide or archive your conversations
You can block other users
You can archive your listings
You can request account deletion by contacting us
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app. Continued use of KBU Space after changes means you accept the updated policy.
